2. About Our Products
Absolute Rubbish creates one-of-a-kind coats, jackets, and bags handcrafted from reclaimed materials. Because each piece is unique, product images are representative of craftsmanship and style but may not exactly reflect the final item received. Variations in material, colour, and texture are inherent to the nature of our work and are not considered defects.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your province or territory of residence. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Absolute Rubbish is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from what was described. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at absolute.rubbish.bcb@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

All content on this website — including photographs, product descriptions, the Absolute Rubbish name and logo, and all other creative materials — is the property of Absolute Rubbish and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
